Florida Marquees is a family run business that hire and sell a wide range of marquees to customers, both large and small, throughout the UK.
We currently hold major contracts with Local Authorities, Schools, Colleges, Universities, National Sporting Venues and International Corporate Clients but are just as happy to cater for small private events such as Wedding Receptions, Anniversaries, Christenings, Celebration Parties and Birthdays.
Our Hire Department will provide individual attention for every event, no matter what the size.
Company History
- 1985 - Florida Marquees was formed as a Marquee Hire Company.
- 1987 - Moved Head Office to Annesley and expanded into the Event and Exhibition market.
- 1990 - The business was incorporated. Traditional Marquees were added to the range and a complete Event Service was introduced.
- 1991 - Florida Marquees launches its own range of Self Assembly Frame Marquees.
- 2002 - Business acquires the assets of Apex Marquees and Mardi Gras Marquees, quadrupling in size.
- 2007 - Business acquires the assets Blakeley Marquees.
- 2008 - Arrival of 20m Frame Marquee.
